1971 HG Holden ute, if GM Aussie had ever made an HG GTS utility this is what it could have looked like. Totally rebuilt 383 small block Chev engine with Edelbrock Power Pack top end and Edelbrock fuel injection. Rebuilt 700R 4 speed trans, rebuilt 9" diff with new LSD and new 3.55 gears, new Koni suspension, HZ front discs and calipers, new interior with GTS dash,Brougham bench seat, Brougham door cards, restored body with period Platinum paint, GTS bonnet, GTS guard vents, new tonneau cover. The wheels are original Cheviot Hustlers with Cooper Cobra tyres. I've spent nearly three years and bucket loads of money restoring this ute. It came to Auckland from Timaru with 113,000 original miles and has done 3000 miles since the rebuild. It's great to drive and lot's of fun. I now have a new project so unfortunately she has to go.
